Hello Minnehaha Families,
This past week we celebrated our various staff and employee groups with a weeklong Staff Appreciation Week. Staff members were celebrated throughout the week in various ways – treats, lunches, snacks, goodies, notes, etc – and an appreciation lunch for all was served by our wonderful PTA on Wednesday.
Thank you, also, to those of you who contributed by sending in words of kindness and appreciation, facilitated by our PTA.
All of us at Minnehaha care about kids. It’s why we’re in public schools. It takes all of us – teachers, paras, kitchen staff, bus drivers, office staff, counselors, specialists – working together with you, to create an environment and conditions where learning can thrive. Our different employee groups are all essential in this way.
Even though Staff Appreciation Week is behind us, please consider passing on a word or note of thanks or encouragement to an adult that works with your child – positivity is contagious! J
