MEDICAL PLANS REQUIRED
Students with a significant health condition are required to have a Health Care Plan in place before they may attend school. If your child has severe allergies, asthma, diabetes or other medical condition, please contact Germaine Robinett, our school nurse at 313-2508, who will work with you to establish a health care plan.
CURRENT IMMUNIZATIONS FOR STUDENTS
There have been several changes in the law regarding immunization requirements. If you receive a letter from the school nurse stating your child is not current, it is important that you follow up on the immunizations or your student will be excluded from school until shots are up-to-date.
